ParcelOps started as a simple observation: the software that SA independent courier companies rely on is old, expensive, and not built for mobile. Drivers are expected to use systems designed for desktops. Ops managers have no real-time visibility. Customers have no self-service options.
The freight software most SA couriers rely on today was designed for a desktop world. It doesn't track drivers in real time, it doesn't give customers a self-service portal, and it wasn't built with mobile in mind. The industry has moved on; the software hasn't.
ParcelOps runs on AWS af-south-1. Your data stays in South Africa. The experience is the same whether you're on a laptop in the office or a phone in a depot.
The platform is currently in active development and production use. We're looking for courier companies who want to be part of shaping the future of SA freight software. Early access customers get priority support and influence over the product roadmap.
