Already on legacy freight software?

We know how legacy freight software is priced: opaque per-module licensing, annual commitments, and expensive implementation fees. ParcelOps is different. Contact us and we'll show you what a modern pricing model looks like for your specific operation.

Frequently asked questions

What does 'pay as you use' mean?

You are billed based on waybills processed. No upfront licence fees, no per-seat charges. The more you grow, the more predictable the cost.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. ParcelOps has no long-term contracts or minimum monthly fees. You can start small and scale as your operation grows.

Are all features included?

Yes. Unlike legacy freight software that charges per module, ParcelOps includes everything in one plan: waybills, collections, driver tracking, invoicing, customer portal, reporting, and Discuss.

What about data security and POPIA?

ParcelOps is hosted exclusively on AWS af-south-1 (Cape Town). Your data never leaves South Africa. The platform is built with POPIA compliance in mind from the ground up.

Can I migrate from my current freight software?

Yes. We can assist with data migration from most legacy freight management systems. Contact us to discuss what migration looks like for your specific setup.

Do drivers need to install an app?

No. Drivers use a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessed directly from their phone browser. Nothing to download or install from the App Store.
